He is widely networked in the local Santa Rosa Beach area and works closely with many local vendors.

Brian has worked in the vacation rental industry for 3.5 years and has been a sought after technology consultant for some of the world's largest vacation rental brands. He brings extensive knowledge of the key technology it takes to operate a vacation home rental agency. Brian is an expert in dynamic pricing and serves as the key revenue decision maker for the homes.

As our dedicated Owner Liaison and Brian's wife, Ashlea brings a personal touch to property owner relationships. A mother of 5 children all under the age of 10, she understands the importance of efficient communication and attention to detail. Her role ensures seamless coordination between property owners and our management team, helping owners optimize their property's performance while providing personalized support for all their needs.

Guest Communications & Reservations
Victoria is a dedicated Guest & Reservation Specialist with a passion for creating seamless and memorable vacation experiences along 30A. With a deep knowledge of the area and a commitment to exceptional service, she ensures every guest enjoys a smooth booking process and a stress-free stay.
As a busy mom of four boys, Victoria knows the importance of planning the perfect getaway, and she brings that same care and attention to each reservation. Whether assisting with last-minute bookings, coordinating special requests, or providing local recommendations, she takes pride in making every guest feel welcome.
When she's not helping guests, you can find Victoria enjoying time at the local beaches or relaxing at North Beach Social with friends and family. Her love for the 30A lifestyle shines through in everything she does, making her a trusted resource for both guests and property owners alike.
